Our custom-designed timing screw drive unit, equipped with a twist assembly, inverts filled single serve drink mixes by 180 degrees with precision. Featuring an extended taper infeed for seamless random feeding, this unit is mounted diagonally across the conveyor to maintain positive control during the entire inversion process. Once inverted, the containers move smoothly down the line for sterilization, ensuring efficient and reliable handling every step of the way.
